Pigeon is a capture service: you send or forward a message to Pigeon on a supported messaging channel (currently WhatsApp and Telegram), and Pigeon turns it into a card on a project board you have connected (currently Trello). Media you send may be attached to the card, and voice notes may be transcribed so they can be captured as text.
You need an account at pigeon.zekini.co.za, a linked phone number or messaging account, and a connected board to use Pigeon. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or use Pigeon under the supervision of someone who is.
Pigeon works on top of services we do not control: WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram, and Trello (Atlassian). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Pigeon's availability depends on theirs. Connecting a board authorises Pigeon to create cards and attachments on it on your instruction.
You instruct Pigeon to process every message you send it: content is parsed (including by AI services) to extract a card title, description and due date, and voice notes are transcribed. Do not send content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you are not entitled to share. You keep all rights to your content; we process it only to provide the service.
Pigeon is currently in beta and free to use. If and when paid plans are introduced, pricing will be published before you are charged, billed by Zekini CC t/a Pigeon directly, and nothing you already captured will be held back. Prices we publish include value-added tax where it applies.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using Pigeon and disconnect your boards at any time; on request we will delete your account and its data (see the privacy policy).
Pigeon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may revise these terms; a new version takes effect when published at this address with a new effective date, and material changes will be flagged when you next use the service. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand.
